Ticket sales have begun for this year’s Quilt Raffle. The brilliant blue and white “Nevada Memories” quilt was designed and created by former parishioner Terry Dezort in traditional and original patterns. Pre-washed 100% cotton, it measures 81” x 94”. It is accompanied by a map identifying the representation of each quilted block, such as Bear Paw, Washoe Basket, Sagebrush. The inner border represents Flying Geese, and the outer border is the Sierra Range.
Tickets at $2 each are on sale after each Sunday service and during the Holiday Bazaar on November 10th. This year’s drawing will be held on Sunday December 23rd at 9:30 am during Coffee Hour.
Parishioners may also check out, at no cost, a set of any number of tickets to sell to friends, relatives, or colleagues. At Sunday sales times, simply request a “Ticket Sales Kit,” which will contain tickets, instructions, photos, bed size measurements, and a return envelope.
