A new community support group meets every Thursday from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm in the Parish Hall. “Friends Day Out featuring Java Music Club” is hosted by Nevada’s RSVP, whose trained volunteers guide hands-on fun learning for persons living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, cancer, COPD, Parkinson’s, diabetes, or other such disabilities.
